Pindara Training Services is currently developing a targeted First Nations cultural safety CPD training program designed specifically for FRANZCPs. To ensure the curriculum achieves the highest standards of clinical relevance and systemic safety, we are actively conducting a deep consultation process with mental health professionals, consultant psychiatrists, and First Nations communities. This collaborative co-design framework ensures that the final training asset is not only profoundly appropriate and trauma-informed but also seamlessly fulfills all mandatory RANZCP CAPE requirements and AHPRA registration standards for senior practitioners.
